Kathleen Pickrel spent most of her career as a medical social worker working with cancer patients. In 2014 her husband of 25 years passed away, sending her on a journey of figuring out life on her own for the first time ever. Ultimately, she was able to create a new, positive life for herself. She has taken her passion for helping people and the knowledge she has gained along the way and is now working with widows, coaching them through the steps she took in creating a positive life after loss. Kathleen has a master’s degree in Social Work and is a Licensed Master Social Worker. She is also the author of the book It is What it is…Now What?! A Guide for Getting From Where You are to WHO You Want to be.
